The halls are once again filled with energy, excitement and the promise of a new school year! We were thrilled to welcome our scholars back for the first day of school and begin another year of learning and achievement. 

This year also brings exciting new leadership across our school community, with three buildings welcoming new principals: Shawnée Warfield at Clara H. Carlson, Cynthia Qasim at Covert Avenue and Nicholas Singh at Dutch Broadway. We are proud to welcome two principals who have already been valued members of our district as they step into their new leadership roles, along with one new principal joining our district community. We look forward to the experience and vision each will bring to their school.
